Founder, CEO, and executive producer
noah gray
An Emmy-winning producer, communications executive and media professional with over 15 years of experience in journalism, production, public affairs, crisis communications, and multimedia storytelling, Noah leads The Stagecoach Group after founding the company in 2021. Noah aims to produce content that amplifies impact through authentic storytelling, live events, and is passionate about connecting people in meaningful ways.

He started his career at CNN in 2007 as a youth political correspondent and rose to be Senior Coordinating Producer for Special Events and the Washington Bureau where he led complex live news operations, White House and VIP interviews, orchestrated Presidential pool coverage for ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, and NBC and directed field teams during breaking news situations. In 2015-2016 Noah traveled the country as an embedded producer on then-candidate Donald Trump’s presidential campaign for CNN.

After CNN, he served as Chief Communications Officer for DC Fire and EMS, where he overhauled public safety communications, and managed messaging and response alongside federal and local security partners during National Special Security Events like the 75th NATO Summit, the 60th Presidential Inauguration, Joint Sessions of Congress, and other high-stakes emergencies including the Potomac Plane crash where he served as an initial responder and then later as a lead PIO for the Unified Command. Noah also launched video-first storytelling campaigns that set new engagement records for lifesaving public service initiatives and firefighter/paramedic recruiting.

Noah is a federally trained and certified Advance Public Information Officer, licensed Emergency Medical Technician and dedicated father of two young children. He’s currently pursuing his Master’s of Business Administration at University of Virginia Darden School of Business in the Executive MBA Program.

Julia Flack is Chief of Staff at The Stagecoach Group, where she manages operations and supports the production team in bringing projects from concept to completion. She brings experience in government affairs, advocacy, and client services, having worked at Arnold Public Affairs, ROKK Solutions, and the Texas Attorney General’s Office, as well as serving as a Legislative Aide in the Texas State Senate.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Julia earned a B.A. in Government and a B.S. in Political Communication Studies through the Liberal Arts Honors Program. She has also led teaching teams and mentored students as Head Teaching Fellow, and conducted original research on political communication and U.S. history.She lives in Washington, D.C., and enjoys running and trying new restaurants.

Kim Berryman is a D.C. based media professional specializing in scripting, field team management and post production. Prior to The Stagecoach Group, Kim spent more than 18 years as a network news producer, first at ABC News’ Good Morning America and most recently at CNN. She lives in Dupont Circle and enjoys travel, estate sales and paddleboarding.

joseph coleman
Joe Coleman is the Post Production Manager at The Stagecoach Group. With a BFA in Film and Video Production from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he began his career as a cinematographer before moving into production management. Joe spent six years at CNN’s Digital Video team, where his work helped earn a Murrow Award for Live VR coverage of the 2018 total solar eclipse and a James Beard Award nomination for his cinematography on Family Meal NYC.
He went on to become a Senior Producer at BUCK Creative, focusing on augmented reality activations that pushed the boundaries of technology in storytelling. Alongside his professional career, Joe develops independent video games exploring themes of memory, time, and determinism. An avid reader, he enjoys classic literature and continental philosophy.

Sarah studied Film at American University and began her career shooting and editing short documentaries about local athletes. She soon moved on to post-production and finishing, and has worked on projects for National Geographic, Discovery, WETA, A&E, and more.
In her free time, she enjoys working on her newest crochet project, filling up her bookshelf, and spending time with her family’s dog, Monty.

lexi critchett
With a passion for creative experimentation and discovering more about anything, Lexi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism and International Affairs at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., hoping to some day find the intersection between the two politically, culturally, and artistically.
Having had a camera in hand since she was seven, she's focuses on still photography and video production, having previously worked in the Smithsonian Office of Public Affairs, CNN Technical Operations & Field Production departments, and GWU Office of Communications and Marketing.

james burns
For the past 15 years, James has concentrated his efforts on documentary and scripted filmmaking, developing an award-winning career and a reputation for bold, cinematic storytelling. He is personally invested in creating character-driven stories that tackle complex issues and is known for his ability to gain unique access to difficult spaces. He has filmed in nearly all 50 states and over 30 countries across the globe.
James is an Emmy Award-winning director and producer, a 2020 Sundance Institute Fellow, and was selected for the Saatchi & Saatchi New Director Showcase at Cannes Lions in 2016. He won the Tribeca Film Festival Special Jury Award in 2015 and was nominated for the D&AD Next Director Award in 2017.
In 2017, James created the Solitary Confinement Project, a month-long, 24-hour livestream in which he voluntarily entered solitary confinement for 30 days and broadcast his experience. The project was nominated for a Webby Award in 2018. In 2024, he was nominated for two more Emmys, one for each of the episodes he directed on the hit series Trafficked with Mariana Van Zeller.
James has also worked as a director and producer at VICE for ten years, making over 100 documentaries that have garnered hundreds of millions of views. His films and television work have premiered and have been screened on platforms such as Netflix, SHOWTIME, Hulu, NatGeo, NBC Sports, Independent Lens, VICE on HBO, VICE.TV, Amazon Prime, The New Yorker, The Atlantic, NOWNESS, and Vimeo Staff Picks. His most recent films have premiered at TIFF, SXSW, and the Tribeca Film Festival.
In addition to his film work, James has directed commercials, music videos, and branded content for clients such as Superdry, Asics, the NBA, Warner Bros., Warp Records, the London Home Office, the U.S. Olympics, and DoorDash.

scott sehon
An award winning CFO, Scott was named the Tampa Bay Business Journal CFO of the Year in 2013 and a 2015 Trending 40 Tech CFO for the Washington DC Metro Region. From 2007 to 2013 he lead finance at Crystal Clear Technologies from pre-revenue to #5 overall on the 2011 Inc 500 list of fastest growing small businesses in the US. From 2014 to 2016 he directed finance at Social Tables in Washington DC, as the company grew 5x in ARR, raised a $13M Series B, and was acquired by Cvent for $100M.
Since 2017, Scott has led finance and been an advisor for over a dozen small businesses. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Secondary Education from Bucknell University, an MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business, and a certificate in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
Scott lives in Lewisburg, PA with his wife and giant schnauzer. In his free time he loves golfing, hanging out with his two college aged kids, reading non-fiction adventure books, and planning his next adventure to play 18 holes of golf in all 50 states, in just 11 days

jonathan o'beirne
Jonathan O’Beirne is an Emmy-winning cinematographer and photojournalist based in the Washington, D.C.–Baltimore area. A native of Frederick, Maryland, and a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, O’Beirne has built a career defined by visually rich, emotionally resonant storytelling. His work spans major platforms including CNN, Netflix, and Amazon, and he has earned wide acclaim for his short-form documentaries with Great Big Story.
Raised in a family that blended science and theater, O’Beirne discovered a passion for storytelling and curiosity about the world and has carried that creative spark throughout a varied and successful career.

Tony Lowe has been making films since he was a teenager. He has shot on every continent except Antarctica, but is currently hyper-focused on editing. His work includes feature documentaries directed in Africa and Jamaica, numerous music videos, and experimental films.

Ana bauer
Ana Bauer is a development producer who has worked across documentary, unscripted, narrative, and podcast storytelling. As a member of the development team at Stagecoach, Ana supports a diverse slate of projects for national and global audiences, bringing a sharp creative eye and a passion for bold, zeitgeist-driven storytelling that spotlights distinctive voices and culturally resonant stories.

Ana is passionate about character-driven projects that bring audiences inside worlds they wouldn’t otherwise see. She previously spent five years at Stick Figure Productions, where she contributed to the development of series including Born in Synanon (Paramount+) and Hip Hop World (Amazon), as well as the films I’m Your Venus (Netflix) and Satisfied, which both premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.

David rowe
David was born and raised in North Carolina where he found a love for storytelling. After finishing school with a focus on narrative and documentary filmmaking, he worked in advertising as a cinematographer and editor across industries including travel, tourism, and health.
Outside of production, David is a passionate woodworker, avid reader of all things philosophy and psychology, and halfway to his goal of visiting all 63 of America's national parks.

lee adams
Lee Adams is a documentary filmmaker and journalist known for bold, character-driven stories at the intersection of culture, politics, and sports. His work has reached millions through projects with VICE, Vox, Wondery/Amazon, Apple TV+, and Fox Nation.
He created VICE’s breakout series Minority Reports (35M+ views), co-hosted Vox’s Emmy-nominated Glad You Asked, and produced The Tides That Bind—Fox Nation’s highest-performing original to date. In audio, Lee was a producer on Dave Chappelle’s acclaimed Midnight Miracle podcast, named one of Apple’s Best Podcasts of 2021, a New York Times Top 10, and a nominee for Podcast of the Year at the iHeartRadio Awards.
At the heart of Lee’s work is the belief that stories should do more than inform - they should shift perspective, challenge assumptions, and linger long after the credits roll. Whether on screen or in audio, his projects fuse cultural insight with cinematic edge, redefining how stories about America are told.

Rebe is a film and television producer who shapes bold, meaningful stories that stick. As Head of Film & TV Development at Stagecoach, she leads a diverse slate of series for national and global audiences, bringing both creative vision and strategic firepower to the table.
A Starkie through and through (USC Peter Stark MFA), she’s recently collaborated with Fifth Season, Khalabo Ink Society, and Counterpart Studios, and previously honed her craft at Boardwalk Pictures (Welcome to Wrexham), ARRAY (Colin in Black & White), JuVee Productions (The First Lady), and Hello Sunshine (The Morning Show).

Gabriela Dematteis is an Emmy® Award Winning Producer and Director passionate about assembling, supporting, and leading creative teams in producing powerful visual content.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has worked for Bloomberg Originals, VICE Media, Refinery29, Tribeca Film Festival, Sundance Institute, Warner Bros. Television, CBS Television, Paramount Pictures, and Participant Media. Her work published on the VICE Media YouTube Channel, which has 18+ million subscribers, has notably been seen by millions of viewers worldwide. Some of her other projects have won an Emmy® Award for Outstanding Feature Story in Spanish, been published on The New Yorker Magazine's digital site, and premiered at Toronto International Film Festival.

Patrick is a global operations leader harnessing the power of storytelling, exploration, and education across nature, science, culture, and humanity. With over 15 years of experience in creative and physical production, business affairs, communications, and field operations on both land and sea, he specializes in producing compelling content and high-profile experiences while scaling teams, driving growth, and optimizing operations.
His work has taken him to some of the most extraordinary places on Earth, from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and Everglades National Park to the remote island of Niue and even hidden catacombs beneath the Vatican.
In these environments and beyond, he leads teams across feature documentaries, episodic television, digital series, branded content, exhibit films, special events, and high-stakes expeditions.

Dalton Price was born in North Carolina and attended film school at the UNC School of the Arts, where he studied editing. After relocating to Los Angeles, he worked editing music videos, shorts and documentaries with his work appearing in festivals such as TIFF and Slamdance. Dalton is a huge fan of science fiction and loves a good game or puzzle. Editing has been his work and passion since he was a kid.

James Meech has spent over 30 years immersed in the creative worlds of radio, television, and the performing arts, and is also the owner of Meech Creative, LLC.

Formerly a Senior Broadcast Field Engineer with Warner Bros. Discovery in Washington, D.C., working alongside Noah at CNN for over a decade, his professional media career took off at 18 in radio, followed by a transition into television.
​
His journey in the performing arts began at age nine on the musical theatre stage — by 13 he was climbing lighting grids as a dedicated techie. From community theatre to being a former member of Actors' Equity, he's worn many theatre hats: actor, singer, director, producer, technical director, scenic and lighting designer.

Meech Creative, LLC was founded out of his deep love for the arts, offering professional photography, videography, production, and consulting services. Additionally, James is an FAA Part-107 Certified drone pilot specializing in cinematic aerial video and imagery for advertising agencies and commercial productions across Western Maryland and Washington, DC.
