Noah Gray
An Emmy-winning producer, communications executive and media professional with over 15 years of experience in journalism, production, public affairs, crisis communications, and multimedia storytelling, Noah leads The Stagecoach Group after founding the company in 2021. Noah aims to produce content that amplifies impact through authentic storytelling and live events, and is passionate about connecting people in meaningful ways.
He started his career at CNN in 2007 as a youth political correspondent and rose to be Senior Coordinating Producer for Special Events and the Washington Bureau, where he led complex live news operations, White House and VIP interviews, orchestrated Presidential pool coverage for ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, and NBC and directed field teams during breaking news situations. In 2015-2016 Noah traveled the country as an embedded producer on then-candidate Donald Trump's presidential campaign for CNN.
After CNN, he served as Chief Communications Officer for DC Fire and EMS, where he overhauled public safety communications, and managed messaging and response alongside federal and local security partners during National Special Security Events like the 75th NATO Summit, the 60th Presidential Inauguration, Joint Sessions of Congress, and other high-stakes emergencies including the Potomac plane crash where he served as an initial responder and then later as a lead PIO for the Unified Command. Noah also launched video-first storytelling campaigns that set new engagement records for lifesaving public service initiatives and firefighter/paramedic recruiting.
Noah is a federally trained and certified Advance Public Information Officer, licensed Emergency Medical Technician and dedicated father of two young children. He's currently pursuing his Master's of Business Administration at University of Virginia Darden School of Business in the Executive MBA Program.
